Founded in 1992 on the belief that high-quality training is essential for personal and professional growth, we set out to bring dynamic, fun, and inspiring training options to learners and businesses everywhere, one course at a time.
Over the years, the workplace landscape has changed dramatically, and with it the software and skills we use on a day to day. But our love for delivering high impact, high quality training has remained consistent, ensuring that our services have continually developed to support you.
Through that passion of what we do, we have grown an extensive bank of over 100 leading trainers, who bring their expertise and energy to training courses across the globe. We are incredibly proud to now deliver training in over 10 countries, to over 100,000 learners, in more than 10 different languages. Along the way, we’ve even won some awards!

We are committed to helping charities within our Liverpool City Region community. We are proud that as a business we no-longer print training manuals or certificates, instead donating the money that would be spent on this to local charities including the Brain Charity and Clatterbridge Cancer Research.
