Our pledges reflect the values that guide our business every day, from supporting local charities and nurturing future talent to championing sustainability, inclusion, and ethical practice.
We believe in working responsibly and respectfully, ensuring that every interaction, training session, and partnership contributes to a stronger, fairer, and more sustainable future for everyone.
Local charity sponsorship – We are committed to helping charities within our Liverpool City Region community. We are proud that as a business we no-longer print training manuals or certificates, instead donating the money that would be spent on this to local charities including the Brain Charity and Clatterbridge Cancer Research.
Environment and sustainability – “Go Green” – as highlighted above, we will continue to offer our manuals and certificates in PDF format as this ensures that as businesses we are committed to “Going Green” and being as sustainable as possible so we can do our bit to save the planet.
Local Supply Chain – We believe in working with local trainers and companies to promote business growth in our local economy.
Training future talent – We are committed to investing in the future workforce and developing local talent. We currently have an apprentice in our team who we are supporting to grow and develop a career.
Equality and Diversity, Respect – Our ethos is to respect and value people’s differences, to help everyone achieve more at work as well as in their personal lives, so that they feel proud of the part they play in our business success/theirs and their personal development. We do this with pride and with dignity.
Inclusion – We want to make everyone feel included, important, inspired, welcome and safe. We will make extra provision for everyone that needs reasonable adjustments and provide additional help with training locations, technical aids, screen text capturing, font changes, colour changes, simplified graphics, enhanced screen size and many other options they may need if delivering online. If at our centre we will do this also, but we have also disabled parking, ramp access, toilets, and lifts.
