SquareOne Training are absolutely delighted to share with you the proud news that we have officially won the Business of The Year award (1-10 employees) at the Wirral Business Awards!
After a year of unprecedented success, our team attended the Wirral Chamber of Commerce event which was a fantastic celebration of all things Wirral business, where we were lucky enough to be a shortlisted finalist.
Throughout the event, we reflected and celebrated our year, surrounded by many of our Wirral customers who have been a massive part of our journey. It was then, the perfect evening when we were officially crowned winner in our category of ‘Business of The Year’.
To celebrate this award was the perfect conclusion of our last 12 months, which have seen us reach new highs in our 30-year tenure as a business. It is a year that has seen us:
- Upskill over 450 staff through funding in the Liverpool City Region, saving over 120 local businesses a combined £400,000 to invest in other areas.
- Delivered training to over 2500 learners in the UK & Europe.
- Reduced our carbon footprint through the transition of online courses/paperless training materials.
- Achieved 4.9 out of 5 average rating with over 5000+ reviews.
- Taken on 4 new staff, with further plans to grow.
- Delivered fully funded Skills Bootcamps to support unemployed learners back into employment.
- Celebrated our 30th year in business.
These achievements only scratch the surface on the incredible work that our team has achieved over the last 12 months and to receive the recognition for this was an incredibly emotional moment for them. It is truly a testament to the commitment, dedication and passion they bring to our business each day.
We would though also like to express our appreciation to our customers, learners, and trainers. Without them, none of this would have been possible. Their support has played a major role in our success and this award is as much theirs as it is ours as they truly understand the impact that transformative training and investment in staff development has. Without their commitment to upskilling none of this would be possible.
