Raising awareness helps to break down stigma, normalise conversations, and build a more inclusive and understanding workplace.

This session encourages empathy, open communication, and support between colleagues, contributing to a positive and respectful work culture where people feel comfortable bringing their best selves to work.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe the current landscape of neurodiversity in the UK.
• Recognise the characteristics, strengths and challenges associated with the 7 common neurodivergent profiles.
• Identify how neurodivergence may present in workplace behaviours.
• Identify a range of reasonable adjustments and supportive practices.

• Colleagues who want to know how to offer understanding and support
