Should I choose Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT training?
Microsoft Copilot is usually the best route when your organisation works extensively in Microsoft 365 and wants AI support inside applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint. ChatGPT is a broader AI assistant used for prompting, research, writing, analysis and problem-solving.
If you are unsure, tell us which tools and licences you have and what you want people to achieve. We’ll recommend the most relevant course or combination of sessions.
Are the AI and automation courses live or self-paced?
Our scheduled courses are live and trainer-led, either online or in a classroom. They are practical and interactive rather than prerecorded or self-paced, so learners can ask questions, follow demonstrations and practise throughout the session.
Where can I attend an AI training course?
Scheduled courses are available live online and at training venues in Liverpool, Manchester and London. We also deliver private AI and automation training onsite at workplaces throughout the UK and across Europe.
Can you tailor AI training around our organisation?
Yes. Private training can be adapted around your roles, approved tools, policies, workflows and desired outcomes. We can create role-based sessions, leadership briefings, workshops and wider learning programmes for different groups across the organisation.
Do learners need their own Copilot or ChatGPT licence?
Licence requirements depend on the course. Microsoft 365 Copilot features normally require the appropriate Microsoft licence, while ChatGPT access depends on the features being used. We can discuss your setup before delivery, and Copilot licences and suitable laptops may be available to hire for selected private sessions.
Is Power Automate an AI course?
Power Automate is primarily a workflow automation platform rather than a generative AI tool. It sits within this category because it helps organisations remove repetitive work and connect processes across Microsoft 365. We clearly separate AI-assisted working from workflow automation throughout the page and course content.
