Our team of nurses, midwives, doctors and dentists prepare indices and chronologies to assist clinical negligence solicitors with their client’s medical records. As I expect, with many services that evolve, we were working with less than ideal documents. Whilst we always ensured the work going out to our client was of the highest standard, the amount of un-chargeable time taken up by everyone with re-formatting and modification was becoming unsustainable.
I approached Lisa initially for some advice and suggestions on how we could maybe slightly improve what we were doing. Within a couple of hours she had completely transformed our lives! She had looked at the example document I sent to her and re-formatted it properly for use as a template. As a result it is much more user friendly and has already saved us a huge amount of time. She then did the same with the other 3 documents we use; this again has greatly improved our efficiency and saved a lot of frustration. All members of the team have commented on the vast improvement and can’t believe something we had struggled with for so long could be improved so quickly.
